Return Policy

At mooGrow, we take great pride in the quality of our products. However, if you are
not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Please note that once goods are delivered, we do not accept returns. However, we
are open to exchanges in case of product mismatch, or if you receive a defective or
expired item. The replacement will be offered free of charge, subject to product
availability.

In order to proceed with an exchange, please take into account the following
guidelines:
1. All items to be exchanged must be unused, unopened, and in their original
condition. This includes intact labels and undamaged packaging.
2. We can only process exchanges if your address is within our logistic team's
serviceable range.
3. If your purchase included a free gift or an offer, it must be returned along with
the product. In case of non-compliance, the equivalent amount of the free gift
or offer will be deducted from any potential refund.
4. Opened or damaged packets of perishable goods like seeds cannot be
returned.
5. Any exchange request should be made within 7 days from the delivery date.

6. A receipt or proof of purchase will be required to complete your exchange.
Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send an email
confirming receipt and informing you whether your refund has been approved or
rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your
original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven't received your refund, please first check
your bank account and then contact your credit card company, as it may take some
time before your refund is officially posted. If you still haven't received your refund,
please reach out to us at outreach@moogrow.com.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to
exchange such an item for the same product, please email us at
outreach@moogrow.com and send your item to the address we will provide.

Governing Law:

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising
from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in
Bangalore, Karnataka.
